Each year millions of dollars are awarded to qualified highway construction Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) firms in South Dakota.The state has set a goal of 8.36% of all federal highway construction funds to be awarded to qualified DBE's.

Project Solutions is currently under contract with the South Dakota Department of Transportation to provide free services to all certified South Dakota DBE's. These free services include:
